LEVEL 3 ASSESSMENTA Level 3 energy assessment is generally aimed at small simple buildings with electric or gas heating systems.LEVEL 4 ASSESSMENTA Level 4 energy assessment is for more complicated building, typically larger in size, or with a more complicated layout and larger heating systems and/or air conditioning.MEESThe Minimum Energy Efficiency Standard requires that a rented property either achieve an EPC rating of E125 or better or undertake steps to improve the property.
